⑥ The damaged parts are lost, making it impossible to determine the existence of defects in the parts.
⑦ Malfunctions caused by use before delivery inspection in our company.
⑧ Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, intentional or third-party harm, as well as malfunctions resulting from them.
We do not assume any guarantee obligation or responsibility for the following items:
① Filling lubricating oil or fuel, equipment debugging, and routine maintenance or operation outside of this.
② As consumables that need to be replaced for routine maintenance or safe operation.
③ Engine accessories are not covered by this warranty.
During the warranty period, if there is a malfunction of the equipment that cannot be resolved by the user themselves, the seller can be notified on their working days, and the seller will provide on-site troubleshooting services as quickly as possible in the responsible sales area. When the site is outside the sales area, a separate agreement shall be made. But if the cause of the malfunction does not fall within the scope and content of our previous warranty, the parts and repair costs required to eliminate the malfunction shall be borne by the user.

♦ WHAT LOGISTICS WAYS YOU CAN WORK FOR SHIPMENT?
We can ship construction machinery by various means of transport
(1) 80% of our cargo will be shipped by sea, either in containers or ro-ro/bulk to major continents such as Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania and Southeast Asia.
(2) China's inland neighboring countries, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc. We can transport machines by road or rail.
(3) For urgently needed lightweight spare parts, we can use international Courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS or Fedex.
