1) Before cleaning, please ventilate first
2) Before installation, please roughly clean the components and then thoroughly clean them
3) Remove oil with hydraulic air and add hydraulic oil and gear oil, then proceed with assembly

5) Remove rust and scale from the surface of the liquid sealant and apply the liquid sealant
6) Before installation, please remove the rust proof layer on the new component first
7) Assemble bearings, bushings, and oil seals using specialized tools
8) Install components according to the markings made
9) After installation, check if there are any missing components that have not been installed

Install hydraulic equipment

1) Prepare hydraulic oil and lubricating oil
2) Bleeding is required in the following situations:
a. Replace hydraulic oil
b. Replace suction pipe components
c. Dismantling and installing hydraulic pump
d. Dismantling and installing rotary motors
e. Dismantling and installing the walking motor
f. Dismantling and installing hydraulic cylinders
