1) When the machine is brand new: Determine whether the machine performance is consistent with the standard specifications of the performance standards
2) When conducting special self checks (according to the regulations of each country): use this data as a standard for correction, adjustment, and replacement
3) When performance declines: Determine whether it is due to a malfunction or the product's lifespan has expired. At the same time, consider safety and economic factors

Precautions to be taken when making judgments
1) The evaluation of measurement data evaluates the differences in measurement conditions, changes in data for specific new machines, and measurement errors. It determines which level the measured value is generally located at, rather than determining whether the value is within or outside the reference value
2) The decision to modify, adjust, or replace the machine is made based on the changes in operation time, the nature of the work, and the working environment of the machine, so that the machine can reach its optimal state. Some of the performance can be restored as new
Other precautions
1) Parts that are prone to damage: Rubber products such as hydraulic hoses, O-rings, and oil seals gradually decrease in performance over time. Please replace them regularly or during maintenance
2) Parts that need to be replaced regularly: hoses that exceed the monitoring limit and pose a threat to safety, which we call very important parts (VIP), need to be replaced regularly
3) When carrying out repairs, customers must be familiar with the safe operating procedures, precautions, and lubrication procedures of the machine. Please also refer toOperation Manual.
