Measurement of excavator rotation performance

(1) Purpose
Measure the rotation time to determine the performance between the hydraulic pump and the rotating electric motor of the rotary transmission system

(2) Conditions
45-55 ℃ (113-131 ° F) Hydraulic oil temperature: 4. Flat, level and solid ground. Engine: high-speed idling

(3) Prepare
Empty the bucket, fully retract the forearm cylinder (maximum working radius), or fully extend the forearm cylinder (minimum working radius)

(4) Measurement
Pull the rotary control lever to the bottom (full stroke) and rotate the machine. Measure the time required for two rotations (excluding the first rotation) and calculate the time required for one rotation
