(3) Prepare
Flat ground, empty bucket
(4) Measurement 1: Rise and fall of the upper arm
Turn the boom control lever to full stroke and measure the required operating time for the excavator bucket to move from the ground surface to its highest position When lowering the boom, it is allowed to park the bucket on soft ground or cushioning materials such as rubber tires. It is strictly prohibited to park the bucket on cement ground or other sturdy objects
Measurement 2: When the forearm retracts and extends, the digging bucket excavates and tilts, and the bucket teeth are at a position 30cm (1ft) above the ground, measure the required full stroke operation time when the forearm and digging bucket control lever are at full stroke

Sealing performance of oil cylinder

(1) Purpose
By checking the movement length of the piston rod, determine whether the cylinder is leaking oil
(2) Conditions
Hydraulic oil temperature: 45-55 ℃ (113-131 ° F) Flat, level and solid ground. After replacing the oil cylinder, immediately release the air in the cylinder. This work should be completed before checking the sealing of the cylinder
