In addition to the cooperation of professional personnel, there are strict storage and transportation processes for safe refrigerant injection into excavators, which must also be completed under specific conditions during injection

(1) Special personnel need to be assigned to operate the refrigerant filling process

Because the operation involves high-pressure gas, there are hazardous factors involved in adding refrigerant. Therefore, it is necessary to assign a dedicated person who is familiar with the operation process to carry out the operation

(2) Storage and transportation

1) Keep the temperature of the storage tank below 40 ℃ (104 ° F). As the tank is filled with saturated liquid high-pressure R134a gas, the temperature inside the tank will rise sharply when the temperature rises. The tank may explode. Therefore, the temperature of the tank must be kept below 40 ℃ (104 ° F)
2) When storing, it must be placed in a cold and dark place, and cannot be directly exposed to sunlight
3) If the can is placed close to a fire source, it will heat up and increase its internal pressure under the action of radiant heat. The result may be an explosion of the can. Therefore, do not place the can close to a fire
4) Due to the sunlight shining into the tightly closed carriage, the temperature inside the carriage becomes very high. The temperature of the carriage parts directly exposed to sunlight may rise to a considerable level. Therefore, do not bring storage tanks into the carriage. Similarly, the temperature of the storage room may also rise to dangerous heights in summer. Therefore, special attention should be paid
5) If scratches, cracks, and deformation are noticed on the can, the strength of the can will decrease
1. It is prohibited to hit or knock cans
During transportation, it is prohibited to throw or drop the packaging of loading, unloading, and storage tanks

(3) Add more

1) When heating a tank containing refrigerant, the storage tank valve and the low-pressure valve on the combination instrument must be opened, and the tank must be heated in hot water at 40 ℃ (104 ° F), or in hot water at a lower temperature (to the extent that the hand does not feel hot in the water). If the tank is placed in hot water or heated with an open flame, the pressure inside the tank will rise sharply and cause the tank to explode
2) When refueling with the engine on, it is not allowed to open the high-pressure valve on the combination instrument panel under any circumstances

The law strictly prohibits the recycling and use of storage tanks. Please do not reuse them. Do not allow foreign objects to enter the air conditioning circuit. Air and dust are harmful to the refrigeration cycle. When installing air conditioning components, it must be done quickly and accurately. Be careful not to let water and dust mix in
