1. Machine

2. Inspection site

3. Precautions

4. Conduct precise measurement

(2) Inspect according to the predetermined inspection conditions for each experiment
(3) Repeat the same experiment to confirm that the measured data can be measured repeatedly. If necessary, use the average of the measured values.
