Summary of excavator nozzle inspection:
1. Use a nozzle tester to check the injection pressure and fuel injection condition
Before starting work, clean the area where the nozzle holder is installed to avoid dirtying the engine.

preparation:
1. Disassemble the nozzle holder. Remove all nozzle retainers and fuel injection pipes from the engine
2. Install the nozzle holder onto the nozzle tester. Attention: Never touch the fuel injection directly. The fuel oil sprayed from the nozzle can penetrate the skin and cause serious damage. If fuel penetrates into human blood, it will cause blood poisoning.
1. Spray pressure
After installing the nozzle holder on the fuel injector, press the handle of the injector several times with force to inject fuel. Then operate the injector at a speed of approximately 60 times per minute to measure the injection pressure. If adjustment is needed, loosen the locking nut and adjust the adjusting screw. Turning clockwise increases pressure and counterclockwise decreases pressure.
2. Spray distribution situation
To conduct this experiment, turn the pressure tester knob around the pressure gauge and install the nozzle holder on top of the nozzle tester. Press the tester forcefully several times to check the distribution of fuel injection
