Test of excavator track rotation speed

preparation:

1. Adjust the sag of the tracks to make the two tracks consistent.
2. Mark one of the track shoes in the measured track with chalk.
3. Rotate the upper rotary platform, lower the bucket, and lift the track off the ground. Make the angle of the upper arm 0 ^ -1100. Place wooden blocks under the machine. Attention: Use wooden blocks to firmly support the lifted track.
4. Keep the hydraulic oil temperature at 50 ± 5C (122 ± 90F)

Testing:

1. Select the following switch positions: Engine control dial: Maximum position
E-mode switch: OFF
HP mode switch: OFF
Work mode selector: General purpose mode
Automatic slow switch: OFF
2. Operate the walking control lever of the lifted track to full stroke.
3. After the rotation speed of the track stabilizes, measure the time required for the track to rotate 3 times in both directions.
4. Lift up the other track and repeat the above procedure.
5. Repeat steps 2 ^ -4 three times and calculate the average value.
