Performance testing of excavator walking and slope parking

The purpose of checking the walking and parking function of an excavator is to measure the function of the parking brake on a specified slope. Proposed useCAT 312CTo test the objectives, the method is as follows:

preparation:

The slope surface used for the experiment must be flat, with a slope of 200o (11.31)
2. Mark a white line on the cover of the walking device.
3. The bucket is lifted off the ground by 0 3-0.5m, the forearm and bucket are fully flipped in.
4. Keep the hydraulic oil temperature at 50 ± 5C (122 ± 9).

Testing:

1. Measure in fast walking mode.
2. Select the following switch positions:
Walking mode switch: Quick mode
Engine control dial: maximum position
E-mode switch: OFF
HP mode switch: OFF
Work mode selector: General purpose mode
Automatic slow switch: OFF
3. Measure the displacement (angle) of the walking device cover until the parking brake is applied.
3-1. Climb the slope and place the walking control lever in neutral.
3-2. When the walking control lever is in neutral position, record the position of the mark on the walking device cover; When the machine stops moving, also note the position of the mark and measure the displacement between these two marks.
4. Measure the amount of slip of the parking brake when walking while parked.
4-1. Climb the slope and place the walking control lever in neutral.
4-2. Applyenginestop it.
4-3. After the machine stops, make alignment marks on the track chain or track shoes and on the side frame of the track.
After 4-4.5 minutes, measure the distance between the markings on the track chain or track shoes and the side frame of the track.
