Inspection of excavator slewing function drift: After stopping at full speed of 180 degrees, measure the slewing drift of the outer edge of the slewing bearing. useKobelco 60-7To test and inspect the object, specific steps:
preparation:
1. Check the lubrication condition of the rotary gear and rotary bearing.
2. Park the excavator on a flat and sturdy ground with sufficient turning space. Do not conduct this experiment on a slope.
3. Flip the forearm out and the bucket in, maintaining the height of the bucket so that the height of its connecting pin is the same as the height of the lower foot pin of the boom. The bucket must be an empty bucket.
4. Make two chalk marks: one on the slewing bearing and the other directly on the track support below it.
5. Rotate the upper rotating platform 180 degrees
6. Maintain the temperature of the hydraulic oil at 50+-5'C (122+-9'F)
Attention: To prevent personal injury. Before starting the measurement, the site must be cleared and personnel involved in the work must leave the turning area.
Measurement:
1. Select the positions of the following switches:
Engine control dial: maximum position
E-mode switch: OFF
HP mode switch: OFF
Work mode selector: General purpose mode
Automatic slow switch: OFF
2. Push the rotary control lever to the full range and rotate it 1800 degrees. When the mark on the upper rotary platform aligns with the mark on the track support, return the control lever to the neutral position.
3. Measure the distance between these two markers.
4. Align the mark again, rotate 1800 degrees, and check in the opposite direction.
5. Repeat steps 3 to 5 three times each and calculate the average value.
