preparation:
Maintain the temperature of the hydraulic oil at 50 ± 5 * C.
Measurement:
1. Start the engine.
2. Select the following switch positions:
Engine control dial: maximum position
E-mode switch: OFF
HP mode switch: OFF
Work mode selector: General purpose mode
Automatic slow switch: OFF
Attention: To prevent personnel from being injured. Before starting the test, the site needs to be cleaned up and the personnel working together need to leaveRotation angleThe scope.
3. Push the control levers of the boom, forearm, bucket, and slewing to full stroke and measure their maximum operating force.
4. Lower the bucket to the ground and lift one side of the track to lift it off the ground. Operate the walking control lever to the full stroke and measure the required operating force. After testing, lower the track on this side and lift the track on the other side for the same inspection.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 three times each, and calculate the average value
