Inspection and replacement of excavator melt line

Please understand before inspecting and replacing the excavator melt linePrecautions for maintenance of excavator electrical system. safety first.

test

1. Remove the negative cable from the battery.
2. Loosen the M8 bolt used to connect the cable from the fuse box to the starter, and manually turn the cable to a horizontal position to avoid the rotation path of the front cover
3. Open the front cover of the fuse box and visually inspect the inside of the fuse

replace

1. Be sure to remove the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the bolts used to connect the cable to the fuse box and remove the fuse box from the battery relay.
3. Open the left and right covers of the fuse box and remove the two screws
4. Remove the fuse and replace it.
5. Tighten the two screws again.
6. Use bolts to install the fuse box and front cable onto the battery relay
7. Reconnect the negative cable to the battery.
