Cause analysis:
① On site inspection showed that the engine was idling normally after starting, and the high-speed engine emitted black smoke with a knocking sound. The entire vehicle was moving slowly!
② Upon inspection of the turbocharger, it was found that the intake blades and bearings of the turbocharger were damaged. After replacing the turbocharger, the operation of the engine returned to normal. The engine emitted black smoke during operation, and the display screen showed no alarm. After unplugging the SCV valve, the black smoke of the engine was eliminated. Upon disassembling the SCV valve, it was discovered that the SCV valve was stuck
Reason speculation: Poor air intake caused damage to the turbocharger blades and bearings, and the SCV valve got stuck

After replacing the turbocharger and SCV valve, it returned to normal.
