Dealing with the poor cooling effect of the air conditioning in the excavator of Shengang

At present, a total of about 53 Type 8 machines are sold in Chongqing. Due to Chongqing being one of the third largest furnaces in China, it appears particularly hot during summer. Therefore, for construction machinery, the cooling effect of air conditioning is particularly important.KobelcoAfter being tested throughout the summer of 2007, the Type 8 machine still experienced various malfunctions in its air conditioning system, mainly due to poor cooling performance.

When encounteringThe excavator air conditioning is brokenWhen the effect is not good, I suggest starting from the following aspects:

1. We can determine whether there is a shortage of refrigerant through the observation hole of the drying bottle;
2. If the refrigerant is sufficient and other components of the air conditioner are running well, we need to pay attention to checking the air conditioning intake internal and external circulation filter elements. This situation is currently common for the Type 8 machine, but it is also a place where we tend to overlook the law. Due to the deviation in the position and structure of the air conditioning internal and external circulation filter elements between the 8 model and previous models, it is easy to cause blockage of the air conditioning filter elements. After blockage, due to insufficient air intake of the air conditioner, it can be clearly felt that the cooling effect of the air conditioner is poor.

Solution

1. When there is a shortage of refrigerant in the air conditioning system, it is usually due to a leak in the air conditioning system. The frequent occurrence of this fault is due to cracks in the fastening parts of the condenser
2. Clean the air circulation filter inside and outside the air conditioner or replace it with a new one, mainly the internal air circulation filter. As shown in Figure 2:
