In regards to oneDaewoo DH80-7When the excavator was working to remove air from the diesel filter, it was found that there was diesel leakage at the joint of the oil-water separator through the manual oil pump suction operation.
·No oil leakage was found when the new machine was installed.
·Before the initial filter replacement, oil leakage was found during the suction operation.
·After the initial replacement of the filter element, no oil leakage was found during the suction operation.
·Oil leakage occurred during air removal operation.
Cause analysis:
Expected to replace the diesel filter assembly.
Solution:
The fault was resolved after replacing the diesel filter assembly.
