A user from Liaoning purchased from meHitachi EX200-5The machine emits black smoke when operating under load. The reason for the machine emitting black smoke is due to poor combustion, which may be caused by the following reasons:
1、 Poor atomization of fuel injector
2、 Insufficient inhalation volume
3、 The ignition time is incorrect
We checked the easiest to check suction volume and found that the suction pressure under load was only 180KPa, which is far from the normal 230KPa. Therefore, it is judged that the black smoke is caused by insufficient intake.
Handling method:
1、 Check the air filter, turbocharger, and all air pipes from the air filter to the engine, and no abnormalities were found.
2、 Due to the decrease in common rail pressure caused by air entering the diesel oil circuit of this type of engine, the injector will be controlled to increase, and the suction pressure will also decrease. Therefore, check the diesel oil circuit to confirm that there is no air entering the circuit.
3、 After the above inspections, only the intercooler is left in the intake section and cannot be checked. Replace the inspection with another normal intercooler. Fault phenomenon after replacement
Eliminate. The final judgment is that there is a malfunction in the intercooler. The specific internal malfunction needs further inspection by the company.
