Common excavator computer board communication faults

The faults on the excavator computer board are often manifested as poor communication or inability to communicate. Below are two common fault cases.

1. Abnormal display of CPU communication data. Poor throttle control action.

Reason: Inspectionexcavating machineryThe 5A fuse on the computer board is disconnected.
Solution: After replacement, the above faults no longer occur.
This case is a tracking case. Replace the fuse when sending again~wiring between computer boards. It hasn't happened again after 2 months. This investigation has been tracked and completed.

 
Shortly after handing over the machine, it was discovered that the access system was unable to communicate. The wiring of the computer board and the reset of the adjustment switch have not been eliminated.

Reason: It is preliminarily estimated that the IT computer board is faulty.
Solution: Replace the IT computer board.
