Stuck up caused by excavator nozzle issues

2010-03-13

A excavator was found to be stuck during inspection, with the engine stalling at low throttle and shaking at idle, even felt in the driver's cabin. The engine dropped to over 100 revolutions per minute at high throttle, but there was no black smoke from the engine

Handling method:

1. Make engine performance curves and cylinder compensation discoveries
1. Unstable engine speed. 2. The low peak suction pressure is only 190, which should be within 210.3. The common rail pressure is basically normal. 4. The indicated injection quantity is 127 high, with a maximum normal value of 117.5. The compensation values for the first and second cylinders are -18.9, and the compensation values for the third and fourth cylinders are 27. This greatly exceeds the allowable value of plus or minus 8
2. Analysis
1. If the common rail is basically normal, it proves that there is no air leakage or blockage in the oil circuit. 2. If the cylinder compensation value is too large and the engine shakes, it preliminarily proves that there is a problem with the oil nozzle and the cylinder is missing 3. Low inspiratory pressure
3. Handling
1. Replace the oil nozzle and change the QR code. 2. Perform cylinder compensation
4. Results
1. The machine has returned to normal. 2. All performance curve data has been restored to normal
