Analyze the reasons:
In order to prevent the wiper from continuing to operate and being damaged when the windshield is pulled up, a safety switch is installed on the left front of the cab
If the windshield is pulled up and the safety switch is closed, the wiper controller will turn off the wiper system, resulting in the wiper not moving
3. The Type 6 machine also has this switch, but it is located behind the cab
4. This switch may not attract our attention and be overlooked, leading us to focus our repair ideas on other components of the wiper system and causing great difficulties in the repair process
Handling method:
1. Confirm if the windshield is locked. After lowering the windshield, it needs to be pushed forward to lock it
2. Check if the safety switch is disconnected after the high wind gear is locked
If the safety switch is not disconnected, adjust the push tab next to the safety switch until the safety switch can be disconnected smoothly
