The engine is not working properly (due to insufficient horsepower and speed fluctuations). P0201: The fuel injector -1 solenoid valve system is disconnected. P0202: The fuel injector -2 solenoid valve system is disconnected. Follow the fault analysis in the maintenance manual (P.17-36~) to conduct a spot check.
① Measurement of resistance between terminals: Fuel injector -1 is 0 Ω OK fuel injector -2 is infinitely large NG
② Measurement of resistance between fuel injector terminals: Fuel injector -2 is 0 Ω OK (fuel injector -1 is also 0 Ω)
Therefore, it can be inferred that there is a poor connection between the fuel injector and ECU. The next day, after the following measures were taken, the malfunction still did not improve· Replace ECU
·Replace the wires between ECU and engine
·Swap the 1st and 4th, 2nd and 3rd fuel injectors.
The ultimate cause is poor contact (insufficient insertion) of the fuel injector connector terminal of the engine wire
After recovering the faulty wires and investigating, the cause cannot be specifically attributed to excessive deformation of the terminals.
In addition, as the possibility of deformation is not mentioned in the inspection methods of the terminal manufacturer, it is necessary to observe its use.
