The display machine of a factory isKomatsu 220-7. The engine cannot start. Although the starter motor is rotating, there is no fuel coming out from the high-pressure fuel pipe and no exhaust gas is discharged from the muffler. The specific gravity of the fuel used is 0.79, which is inferred to be kerosene. Add diesel into the plastic oil drum, remove the air, and start the engine. Test with Hino DX (fault diagnosis software) for no fault data. After compensating and adjusting the fuel supply pump together with the customer, the operation is completed.
It is inferred that a malfunction occurred after the customer used kerosene, resulting in the inability to deliver the fuel. Request the customer to change the fuel to diesel. It is possible to request fees from the customer when replacing the fuel supply pump.
