One unitKobelco SK200-8The excavator engine cannot be started and the main power supply cannot be cut off. Additionally, the display shows an abnormality.
① Before going on a business trip to the site, confirm the source of the malfunction by visiting the system.
There are records of decreased engine oil pressure and abnormal engine speed sensor.
② Confirmed as engine emergency stop and alarm on the actual machine.
It has also been confirmed that the fault code for 'G043' and the engine oil pressure display are abnormal.
③ Due to the inability to cut off the power supply, investigate the electrical system.
·Removing the 3P plug of the battery relay can cut off the power supply.
·Unplug F-2 relay& The timer uses a 5A fuse, which can cut off the power supply.
·Pulling out the relay of the AC generator can cut off the power supply.
During the above investigation, it was found that the 2P plug of the AC generator was not properly connected.
Solution: After inserting the 2P plug of the AC generator, it becomes normal.
