One customer, one machine in FujianKobelco SK115srThe excavator starter motor is rotating, but the engine cannot start. Even if it stops immediately after starting. The fault code is not displayed.
① When confirming the origin of the fault, it was found that [W010] and [P0193] were recorded.
② After replacing the diesel filter element, it still hasn't recovered.
③ Due to the restoration of the machine after triggering the wiring of the common rail pressure sensor, the contact of the joint and the disconnection of the wiring were checked. Measure the voltage of the 5V power line while pulling the wiring to observe and confirm that the voltage has dropped by about 1V. Repair the wiring again.
On January 6th, the machine worked for 8 hours after recovery, and the above faults occurred again. When confirming the origin of the fault, it was found that [P0192] [P0193] [P0183] were recorded. It is estimated that the common rail pressure sensor and fuel supply pump wiring are broken, and there is poor contact at the joints.

On January 9th, due to a recurrence of the malfunction, the wiring (VH820649530A) was replaced.
