1、 Preheating of hydraulic devices, when the hydraulic oil temperature is low, rapid operation can cause damage to the hydraulic device.
Then, increase the engine speed to the highest and let the bucket and boom work continuously for 5 minutes;
2. Use the engine of a second-hand excavator to run at medium speed, operate the bucket, and preheat it;
3. Lift up the machine and rotate the tracks to preheat the left and right travel motors respectively;
At the same time, full attention should be paid to the safety of the surrounding environment during preheating operation. When the temperature is low, people's reactions will also be relatively slow. It is necessary to prevent touching people and objects around during preheating.
2、 To preheat the engine of a second-hand excavator, the first step to getting on the car is to start the engine and run it at low speed for 5 minutes. At the same time, the following checks should be carried out during the preheating process of the used excavator engine:
1. Is the oil warning light off;
2. Whether there is oil or water leakage;
3. Whether the engine sound and exhaust color are normal;
4. Is the charging indicator light off;
5. Check if any parts of the machine are abnormal.
3、 If a second-hand excavator is idle in winter, it should be properly stored and maintained. The best performance can only be achieved when used again, and the specific maintenance measures are as follows:
1. Clean the soil on the surface of the second-hand excavator and check for loose fasteners.
2. Check whether the antifreeze level and oil level are normal, check whether the oil quality is normal, and check the antifreeze level of the fuel.
If the weather is particularly cold and the used excavator has been shut down for a long time, please drain the engine coolant completely. At the same time, to prevent battery feeding, the battery must be removed and stored in a warm place.
4. Start the engine and run it once after a certain period of time. If the antifreeze level and oil level are lower than the normal level, please add them to the normal level in a timely manner before starting. In cold weather, place the key in the preheating position until the preheating light is on (repeat preheating multiple times), then start the engine, idle for 5-10 minutes, and operate each cylinder 5-10 times without load, each time 5-10MM less than the maximum stroke. Finally, quickly operate each cylinder 5-10 times at the highest engine speed, and simultaneously operate left and right rotation and forward and backward walking 3 times each. Until the system temperature rises to 50-80 degrees, it can operate normally. Continue to operate all working devices for 5-10 minutes before stopping the engine.
5. Diesel fuel should be replaced with -10 to -30 models, depending on the region. The further north the region is, more diesel fuel should be added. In addition, the diesel filter should be replaced, and the oil should be replaced with locally applicable thickened oil. The oil filter should also be replaced. If there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, it should be replaced in a timely manner. If conditions permit, the fuel tank should be well insulated.
6. The cooling system should be carefully checked for aging and breakage of the rubber hoses. If there are any problems, they should be replaced in a timely manner because these areas are more prone to problems in winter. If conditions permit, it is best to heat the water tank daily to better start the engine, but be sure not to forget to drain the water. The reason why it is not recommended to add antifreeze is because it is more difficult to start the engine in particularly cold areas.
