1. Precautions before starting homework
Firstly, it is important to pay attention to one's personal attire, as sometimes seemingly insignificant things can lead to major disasters if not taken seriously. Once, maintenance personnel encountered a user who reported that their equipment's diesel tank was spewing flames. Upon arrival at the scene, they found that the filter on the diesel tank had been sprayed far away and had already burned out. After understanding the situation on site, they came to two conclusions,
One is that the user's operating hand carries static electricity and ignites the oil and gas mixture when the hand touches the metal part of the fuel gun during refueling. The other is that the fuel gun itself leaks electricity, and when the operator picks up the fuel gun to check the oil level, sparks are generated between the fuel gun and the body, igniting the oil and gas mixture. My suggestion to users is to install a grounding wire for the fuel dispenser, and the operator should not wear shoes with good insulation.
Please wear a safety helmet, safety boots, and fitted work clothes for safe clothing, and use goggles, masks, gloves, etc. according to the job requirements. In addition, work clothes that adhere to oil are prone to catching fire, please do not wear them.
2. Reading the operation manual cannot be ignored

3. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited for fuel and hydraulic oil

4. Clean the area around the driver's seat

5. Use of handrails and pedals
