In order to ensure the normal operation of the excavator during the leasing process, after consultation between Party A and Party B on matters related to excavator leasing, this contract is hereby signed.
1、 Rights and Obligations of Party A
l. The first party shall bear the diesel consumption of the excavator, the accommodation and meals of the randomly assigned staff, and the storage of the equipment.
2. The first party shall provide homework tasks and carry out corresponding blasting for the rock part. Hard work is strictly prohibited.
3. The first party is responsible for the comprehensive management of excavator operations and the reasonable formulation of construction plans.
2、 Rights and Obligations of Party B
l. Provide one excavator and one staff member to ensure the normal condition of the vehicle. In case of mechanical failure, the monthly maintenance time shall not exceed three days. If it exceeds the limit, Party A may deduct Party B's actual lost rent according to the rental ratio coefficient (no deduction will be made when the monthly working hours are reached).
