The breaking hammer is connected to the second-hand excavator through a diversion valve. The diversion valve has four oil ports, each with corresponding markings, namely "p", "a", "h", and "t" ports. The connection method between yc260, yc460, yc750 breaking hammers and the corresponding diversion valves on excavators is introduced as follows.
(1) Connect the "p" port of the diversion valve to the oil outlet of the pump with a hose.
(2) Connect the "a" port of the diversion valve to the inlet of the control valve with a hose.
(3) Connect the "h" port of the diversion valve to the oil inlet pipeline of the crushing hammer.
(4) Connect the "t" port of the diversion valve to the fuel tank.
(5) Connect the return pipe of the hammer to the main return pipe of the excavator.
(6) The diameter of the pipeline connecting each interface is: when the fuel supply of the host is less than 70l/min, the diameter of the pipeline is ￠ 16mm; When the fuel supply of the host is greater than or equal to 70l/min, the pipeline diameter is ￠ 20mm.
