I have three machines in Xi'an, and I have a long-term construction site with a large amount of earthwork. I can only work at night and cannot move during the day, which was called to a stop by our local TV station. The key reason is that the earthmoving truck has been involved in consecutive accidents, resulting in strict crackdowns. Even if I can work at night, I have been accustomed to checking, impounding, and inspecting the vehicles. I have been used to it for nearly a year. Two of my machines were built in 2010, and I worked an average of 2800 hours. Two machines used 750000 yuan in oil, but from December 2011 to June 2012, three machines only used 200000 yuan in oil. Hey, this year we've managed to break even, so there's not much hope of making money. The down payment for the two machines is 800000 yuan in just one and a half years, and the outstanding debt is 1.34 million yuan. We had to repay it by October 2011 in July 2010, and the outstanding debt for one machine is less than 400000 yuan. As a result, the profit for these three machines was less than 300000 yuan in the first half of 2012.
The rapid development of the domestic excavator industry is a good thing, but currently most consumers buy excavators through financing loans and most of them are not single machines. Excavator dealers lower the entry threshold, leading to a nationwide large-scale production of excavators and a vicious cycle, which is beginning to take shape.
