On the collapsed ruins, a cement beam hit a Komatsu excavator, and two operators were trapped inside the cab. Firefighters quickly used hydraulic scissors to cut open the driver's cab, rescuing one injured person. Five minutes later, another injured person was rescued from the cab and sent to the hospital.
It is reported that the two are Qiu and Fan, both from Xinzhou. Unfortunately, both of them died despite rescue efforts.
