Fault 1: The air conditioner only blows air without cooling

Many people are puzzled as to why the air conditioning doesn't cool when the machine experiences summer for the first time. The "A/C" on the control panel indicates that the air conditioning is turned on, but they did not press that button. Very speechless, right? Don't doubt it. Fault 2: Poor air conditioning cooling effect

If the steps to turn on the air conditioner are confirmed to be correct, but the air conditioner still cannot feel the cold air, then first check if the air conditioner belt is loose. If there is no problem, then check if the refrigerant (i.e. snow seed, Freon) is not enough. If there is no problem, then check the circuit. If there is no problem with the circuit, clean the internal and external circulation of the evaporator and the air conditioner filter.

Fault 3: Low air output of the air conditioner

Firstly, check the air conditioning filter element to see if it is blocked. Additionally, the air inlet may be clogged due to the intake of debris. The filter element is located at the inlet of the air conditioning blower and is made of flat paper. Most of the time, the filter element is blocked and there is no air coming out. If there is no place to buy, take out the air gun and blow it down first. If it doesn't work, remove the motor, connect the plug, turn on the fan, and test each gear one by one. If the speed doesn't change, it's mostly because the variable resistor is broken.

Slowly release it from the low-pressure side of the meter, then disassemble and clean the air conditioning system. After reinstalling, evacuate and add air conditioning to solve the problem.

If there is no fluorine compressor, the clutch will not engage. If there is fluorine, check for ice or dirt blockage. If the pipe is broken, check it with soapy water.

Fault 6: Holding the car while turning on the air conditioning

Most likely, it is due to insufficient engine horsepower, resulting in a decrease in engine output power and insufficient power to drive the air conditioning. It may also be caused by a mismatch between the power of the hydraulic pump and the engine. The power of a general air conditioner accounts for one tenth of the engine. The solution is to increase the engine power or reduce the pump power, and increase the throttle slightly when turning on the air conditioner. Additionally, check the air filter and diesel filter.

Inspection of excavator air conditioning:

Don't blow the air conditioner that hasn't been used for three seasons as soon as you take it out. Make sure to check it before doing so. Air conditioners should not be left unused for too long. It is best to start them every month. On the one hand, it can allow various components to "stretch", and on the other hand, it can also predict in advance whether the air conditioner is operating normally, so as to repair it in a timely manner. If there are no bubbles and the drying bottle is slightly hot, the system is basically normal. You can check if the blown air is cold enough.
