This is a message from a client. He described some of his feelings towards Komatsu excavators. And he has always aspired to own his own excavator since childhood.
In early April 2010, a customer from Shandong called my company to see excavators. Under the arrangement of our company, the staff took him to the site to observe and test the aircraft. And this friend also told us some stories about his purchase of excavators. He told our staff that when I was very young, he saw a huge object in a gravel factory in his hometown. I only found out later that it was an excavator. Curiously asked, adults call it“Komatsu”. Hehe, I think this name is really strange, like a person's name. Since then, 'Komatsu' has become synonymous with excavators in my heart.
Later, by chance, this client happened to be investing in an excavator this year. And we found our market, so we designated to buy Komatsu. Finally, with the introduction of company personnel, he selected oneKomatsu 200-7. Finally, it was happily transported back home. Before leaving, he also said that he would buy an excavator next time. I still choose Komatsu!
